REQUIREMENTS:
-- Must have been a member on Scribbles for at least 30 days
-- Must be active (on at least every 3 days, unless posted in the Away board)
-- Do not specify what rank you want (mod, global mod, ect.) UNLESS it is a specific job, such as a Graphic Designer, or an Affiliater.
