The land known as Down The Rabbit Hole has slept for decades. The inhabiants moved on the better places, starting with the humans. Soon, there was no one but a few.
These few would come to be known as the most powerful forces of the lands that are now known as Heartcore. These few were a mare named Sayonce, another mare named Noose, a stallion named Slipknot, and perhaps most important was the offspring of Noose and Slipknot, Heartcore.
Sayonce was the protector of what was called Mystic Springs. There, horses could aquire special powers or be killed by the mare, all depending on a simple riddle they were given. Sayonce, once the horses got too greedy had somehow sealed off the springs and herself from everyone. Now, the only way to get there is through a filly named Heartcore, who has gained the dying mare's trust. The magic has began to slowly kill Sayonce, and Heartcore is the next protector of the springs.
The only way to truly find out why everyone left Down The Rabbit Hole is to win over the dark filly, and gain her trust to take them there. Heartcore, for some reason, was blessed with the ability to be able to come and go from the springs as she wished, and to establish a connection with Sayonce. As the residents of Down The Rabbit Hole now inscrese, more and more horses try to win the ruthless female over to get to the springs. If anyone can gain her trust, and her love, than they will possibly be the new leader of all of the lands. But, little do they know, that a dark and tangible past binds Heartcore from compassion, and only one thing can set her soul free and into their trust.
