"As the principal of the school, I welcome you. Our philosophy is allow the students to succeed in a safe enviroment. We have a zero-tolerance policy and we strictly punish. We have well trained teachers here at the school who have all graduated from either Harvard, Yale, or Stanford."

But there's something new written...

"This is sooo not Lenard O. Walky's school, whatever his name is. This is High School Low. The students rule and make all the rules here. All the up there is a load of crap. All fake. The truth is that The 'zero-tolerance' thing was never put into effect. The teachers were all from some low class college. One was from Cal Poly Pomona or something."

First days of a new school are always a drag... Especially high school. But this school's different. Anything goes. Drugs, sex, death, it's all here. Respect and honesty are rare things. Once you come here one day, you'll never want to leave.

But then the drama. He like her. She likes his friend. His friend likes him. Then there's a girl that hates her for liking him. He hates the girl. The girl wants to kill her even though they were best friends two days ago...
Confusing

But that's the tip of the iceburg.
